_Equilibrium designs & builds core infrastructure for the decentralized web. We are focused on hard engineering problems around security, privacy, and scaling of blockchain-based cloud infrastructure. While we love to experiment and launch products & technologies of our own, we also partner with leading builders such as Aleo, Starknet, Solana, and Avail to help accelerate their development._

**The Talent Network is a curated community of freelance blockchain engineers who work on client projects alongside our core team.** Every project is led by an EQ Core engineer — you contribute your expertise, we handle the client relationship, project structure, and all the overhead that gets in the way of real engineering work.

**What we're looking for**

**_Technical expertise in:_**

- Rust, Go, TypeScript, Solidity, Move, Cairo, Canton/DAML, Scala

- Cryptography / Zero-knowledge proofs

- Polkadot/Substrate, Ethereum, Cosmos, Solana, StarkNet, zkSync

**_Strong candidates have:_**

- Hands-on blockchain infrastructure experience

- Strong engineering fundamentals

- Shipped projects or open-source contributions

- Clear communication in English

- Self-directed and reliable

**Good to know**

- Most projects are full-time engagements (35-40 hrs/week) for the duration

- You must be able to invoice as a freelancer or through your own company

- We work remotely with reasonable timezone overlap with Europe

- Compensation is negotiated per project
